Want to know the perfect frame size for your face ?

You may also get help from the different methods to find your exact frame size given below -
1. Get Size from your Current Frames
Measure your frame size is simple.Take your current pair of frame which fits proper on your face and see on the insides of the temples. Find the set of numbers reflecting the order of measurement e.g. 53-15-140. These are the lens width, bridge width and temple length respectively.
2. Measuring Frames with Scale
It might be posible that your current frame does't have printed measurement or it is faded. In this case, a millimeter scale or a cloth measuring tape is required to measure the frame yourself.Find frame size using above method and buy your new set of eyeglasses or sunglasses without any doubt.
So let’s have a look at the next simplest way. For this, you will need:
- A Millimeter Ruler / Cloth Measuring Tape
- Pen/Pencil to Record the Readings
Take cues from the ranges below to avoid any mistakes.
Lens Width/Diameter – This is the horizontal width of each lens in millimeters. It ranges between 40-62mm.
Bridge Width – This is the distance between the two lenses in millimeters. It ranges between 14-24mm.
Temple Length – This is the length from screw to temple tips. It ranges between 110-150mm.
3. Measure Frame Size by Clothing Size
Following chart is usefull to find your frame size by clothing size.

If you wear clothes which have small size,then small size frames(lens-width <= 50mm) would be properly fited in eyeglasses category. For sunglasses it should be <= 55mm.

If you wear clothes which have medium size,then medium size frames(lens-width between 51mm to 54mm) would be properly fited in eyeglasses category. For sunglasses it should be 56mm to 64mm.

If you wear clothes which have large-sized,then frames with large-size(lens-width >= 55mm) would be properly fited in eyeglasses category. For sunglasses it should be >= 65mm.

4. Measure Frame Size by Credit Card
Did you know you could find out your frame size with your debit/credit cards too?
Interestingly, the standard width of the card can be compared to a medium (M) sized frame. Let’s see how.
Keep one side of the card on center of your nose and touch the other side towards the edge of eye.
(1) If card extends beyond the corner of the eye then frame size should be small
(2) If card roughly touches the corner of the eye then frame size should be medium
(3) If card doesn't reach the corner of the eye then frame size should be large
